Week 3 Fall City - North Bend
Attendees: Brian, Melissa, and Nikki
Miles: 39
Elevation: 1580
Moving Time: 3:05
Elapsed Time: 3:43
Weather: Was still really chilly especially in the foothills. Started out in Fall City and headed out towards Snoqualmie Falls for some hills. Out to North Bend and back.
This week's lesson learned comes from Nikki: If the weather is cold and raining, pack an extra pair of gloves in a ziplock and put hot packs in them at the beginning of the ride. Also, if your saddle feels like you are sitting on someone else's seat, get off the bike and look at it.
